Our rates are public.

Most firms make you ask. This is the full schedule — every service we price, with its range in Rwandan francs. Search it, filter it, and know what to expect before the first meeting.

Bars are drawn on a logarithmic scale from RWF 10,000 to RWF 30,000,000. Amber bars mark percentage-based fees, where the final figure depends on the value of the transaction. The fee model is dynamic — the contractual price is settled in negotiation.

How the fee model works

A published range is a starting point, not a quotation.

01

Ranges reflect complexity

The low end of a range assumes a straightforward file. The high end assumes volume, urgency, multiple parties or contested facts. Where your matter sits is something we can usually tell you after the first conversation.

02

Some fees are proportional

A few services — sales of movables, transfers, mortgages, business contracts, residential leases — are priced as a percentage of the transaction value on top of a floor. Those are marked in amber in the register.

03

The final price is negotiated

The model is dynamic. The contractual price is determined during negotiation, and for retained or long-running work we will normally propose a monthly rate instead of itemising.

Send a short note about the problem and which practice you think it sits in. We'll come back with who should take it and what it's likely to cost.
